The ISO 9000 family of standards represents an international consensus on the essential features of a quality system to ensure the effective operation of that system.  To qualify for ISO 9000 certification, a manufacturer agrees to incorporate these standards into their day-to-day processes and procedures.  This must then be verified by an independent auditor.  MicroCal has achieved and still maintains ISO 9000 certification, which reflects our commitment to quality.
