Training

The ITC and DSC training courses from GE Healthcare are an introduction to the theory and practical aspects of both Isothermal Titration Calorimetry (ITC) and Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC). These two day courses are given by experienced, MicroCal application scientists who will be able to discuss your individual needs AND give you a thorough and broad overview of the techniques and applications. It is a great opportunity for you to meet your peers and to build close contacts with your GE Healthcare support team who are here to help you get the most out your ITC or DSC.

User Training Courses
The courses are designed to allow users with some experience of ITC or DSC to fulfill the potential of these powerful techniques. It consists of a series of seminars and practical sessions that will give each participant the ability to design, run, analyze, interpret and troubleshoot their experiments. Application case studies will also be presented to highlight the broad utility of the techniques.

Who should attend?
The courses are designed for new users of MicroCal VP-ITC, iTC200
Auto- iTC200, VP-DSC or the VP-Capillary DSC
. Users having at least one month of hands-on instrument time will benefit the most.
